PSS: When these issues happen, in the software it says for a moment in the device section 'No Signal' PSS: The black screen is like there's no signal, as the screen completely turns off (but the blue LED is still on indicating there is a signal and it is turned on) PS: Even opening and closing the Elgato GameCapture Software triggers the black screen. I do use a HDMI-VGA adapter for my monitor though (I have a VGA monitor only, don't get triggered) so maybe that's the issue. So how do I fix this issue? I doubt it's an issue with the card and my HDMI cables are alright because one comes with the Elgato and I've used the other one before. However the thing is, I'm not using this for a PS4, this is just for my PC (not a PS4). I've looked on Google and YouTube and all I found was 'Disable HDCP in the PS4 settings' or 'Make sure you have a 64-bit version of the software and a 64-bit computer' (I have 64-bit software AND 64-bit PC). But now I have the software, every time I move the software from my main monitor to my second one or I modify a setting in the software (or just at random times) I get a black screen for about 3 - 5 seconds. I just got an Elgato GameCapture HD60 Pro for Christmas and I've installed it into the PCI slot and installed the software. Before the post starts, I had to repost this because I originally created this thread in the wrong section, Thanks!
